The hotel is conveniently located near the Naples airport and Napoli city center, making it an ideal location for budget-friendly travellers. the rooms are spacious and kept tidy, with good air conditioning and double glazing, as mentioned in a review. the staff is friendly and helpful, with one review stating that the hotel provided a tasty panini to-go who were not able to attend breakfast. the hotel has a good restaurant and pizzeria with excellent value for money, as reported in a review.

The language barrier can be a challenge at times, as some staff members may not speak English well, as indicated in a review.

The proximity to the train station and the restaurant in the hotel were the best aspects of my stay. The restaurant had a great variety of traditional food and even offered Netflix to watch while enjoying the meal. the train station was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area.

The hotel was a bit outdated and the staff struggled with speaking English, causing some communication issues. Adding to that, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and the room lacked basic amenities, such as a functioning fridge.

The food was tasty and we enjoyed the local cuisine. the nearby train station and supermarket were convenient for us to reach, and the room had a lovely view of the surrounding area.

We had trouble communicating with the staff due to the language barrier and the facilities were not up to par.
